The Clear-Com CC-28-X4 is an Over the Head, Single Ear, Closed Back, Lightweight, Flexible Intercom Headset with a 5-foot cable terminated with a Neutrik 4 Pin Female XLR Connector. The CC-28-X4 replaces and upgrades the CC-26-X4 and features excellent audio quality with a wide frequency response of 100hz to 14Khz. Light on the head it's designed to be worn comfortably for longer periods of time with a soft Leatherette Ear Pad, and adjustable boom. Easy to use the CC-28-X4 is ready for hours of action!\n\nThe CC-28-X4 premium lightweight headset features a high performance cardioid dynamic microphone with a great Integrated Mute Switch in the flexible gooseneck boom. That means the CC-28 headset microphone can be turned on and off by moving the microphone boom up and down! To turn ON the microphone, pull the boom gently downwards (past the 10 o'clock/2 o'clock position). To quickly mute and turn the microphone OFF you simply push the boom gently upwards (above the 10 o'clock/2 o'clock position).\n\nThe dynamic mic features a cardioid polar pattern to limit noise from behind the user, and the CC-28 has been upgraded to include a larger earcup that provides more ear coverage than the CC-26K-X4 it replaces.
